I just had my ultrasound and the doctor said the baby is low he said it could be outside of the uterus. I have an appointment later today for a vaginal exam, Please does anyone know anything about this???? I really want this baby and I'm so worried!

I have to have a vaginal ultrasound on Monday. Is there any hope for my baby?? Could they have seen it wrong? PLEASE can anyone help me???
